Our composter at the Seanscoil is hard at work, breaking down nitrogen-rich vegetable scraps and carbon-rich garden waste. Thanks to all the KTT volunteers who contribute to the composter - the mix looks great! Thanks also to Donal from Wastedown for giving us a fantastic turning fork - by turning the compost regularly we introduce oxygen into the mix and thus speed up the breakdown of materials.
